"Lack of Account Management"
While the support crew has gotten better over time, the account management side of things is basically non-existent.

Here's a recent example:
04 November 2022 - Sent a straightforward email about an invoice
17 November 2022 - Followed up since I got no response
29 November 2022 - Followed up again due to silence
30 January 2023 - Chased them a third time

Honestly, I’m not holding my breath for a reply.

"Awful support from customer service"
The customer service is just awful. They don’t respond to emails or return calls at all. We’ve been trying to sort out an invoicing problem for months now. Even with all the promises made, nothing has been done. Back when they were Mitre Finch, we had a specific account manager who could help us and answer our questions. Now, it feels like there’s no support at all, and nobody seems to care.

"Smart Assessor: Consistently Unreliable"
The Smart Assessor platform is frequently unavailable and doesn't meet the standards of a professional service. Over the last few months, it's been down weekly, which has negatively impacted my students' performance. I can't recommend this service at all.

I ran into some problems with a couple of things, and Peter Currie was incredibly patient and explained everything in a way that made sense. He demonstrated how to fix the issues, which I found really helpful. His friendly attitude made the experience even better, and I truly appreciated his assistance.

After a bit of a wait, I finally reached Customer Support, and Aaron handled my question swiftly and effectively. We got disconnected at the end, but he followed up to see if I had any other concerns.

"Appreciate the straightforward steps and clarity"
I think the steps for doing a 'Partial unpost' are super easy to understand. It takes a bit of time, but it's nice to see everything happening on the screen.

The only part that got me a bit anxious was when the TB stayed still for around half an hour, but other than that, it was pretty solid.

"Support Call Experience"
Regarding the support call for Oyez Forms Software, I found it super easy to connect with their support team. Ryan Lee was really friendly and knew his stuff. He grasped our issue right away and resolved it in just a few minutes.

"One Advanced is definitely the worst..."
One Advanced is definitely the worst company when it comes to fixing problems and keeping in touch with customers.

We've been dealing with an issue for over 2 years related to invoicing and software, and it’s still not sorted out. We’ve gone through several account managers who just bury their heads in the sand and don’t reach out to us.

It’s always us who have to make the first move after long periods of radio silence from them, only to hear, "someone will get back to you."

Total disaster, I’d never suggest them to anyone else.

"One of the most frustrating companies out there..."
Advanced is among the most frustrating companies I've ever had to deal with, especially when it comes to their admin and finance teams. We had some Oyez forms with them and canceled last year, but they just ignored that and kept sending us invoices. Our cashier mistakenly paid them, and even after we pointed this out, they continue to bill us and have now sent another renewal notice. Honestly, it seems like they don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Just a heads up, they’re super tough to work with if anything goes sideways.

"Time to improve your ticket handling."
Gave 1 star for the phone support team. They’re friendly, no doubt. However, they really drop the ball when it comes to responding to tickets. In the past, I’ve waited over a year for a reply. This happens way too often and it’s just not acceptable.

"Avoid this company at all costs."
This outfit just won't take a hint. We shifted our accounting and purchasing systems to sync up with a partner company and cut down on expenses. Even after multiple chats with their sales team about our departure, they never bothered to get us to sign anything to confirm it. On top of that, they went ahead and invoiced us for maintenance renewal without a purchase order, even though we weren't using the product. Then they had the audacity to demand over £14,000 extra on top of the maintenance fees we weren't utilizing, just in case we needed to access files for tax reasons. It's absolutely ridiculous—these salespeople are completely useless, only good for pushing sales. Long story short, this is now with our lawyers.
